Dear faculty, students, and staff,
QF will be performing some maintenance work on the Education City internet connection to prepare for a future internet bandwidth upgrade. The internet connection will be down intermittently from 4pm to 8pm on Friday February 12 as part of this maintenance work.
If you are in the building and the Education City internet connection is down, then you will not be able to access any sites on the internet (including main campus sites), but will be able to access campus hosted resources (like Blackboard, Exchange email, Network Drives, and printing). If you are outside the building and the Education City internet connection is down, then you will not be able to access campus resources. The delivery of email may also be affected with the possibility of emails being delayed from a few minutes to a few hours.
