IT provides multi platform printing solution that enables users to print from any device natively. You can print using your personal machines and release the job from any PaperCut enabled printer.
- Go to System Preferences
- Click Printer & Scanners
- Click on the ‘+’ icon to add a printer
- Select Find-Me-Students from the list of printers [faculty and staff members should Select Find-Me-Anywhere]
- Click on Add to add the printer
- Once the printer is added you need to click here and login with your credentials to download an App to authenticate on your Mac for printing. Click on the Mac-Printing to download the config file.
- Click on the file once its downloaded
- Now you’ll get a prompt to Install “Printing”? click Continue
- You’ll be prompted again about the author, click on Install
- After you click install, you’ll see an icon on your dashboard
- Click on this icon and login with your credentials, make sure to check the box that says ‘Remember me’
- Now you can start printing from your Mac and release the job from any PaperCut enabled printer.
