The following email is a phishing attack designed to capture your username/AndrewID and password. Please don’t click on the following, or similar, email.
You can check your actual mailbox quota by visiting https://myexchangetools.cmu.edu/ and then clicking “Quota” link on the left panel. The usual quota for Qatar users is 10GB. If you are running out of space in your mailbox, please contact us at helpcenter@qatar.cmu.edu and we will help you increase it.
Remember, IT will never ask for your password. We don’t need your password to perform system administrative tasks. You should not share your password with anyone.
If you clicked on the link and entered your username and password, please contact us immediately to initiate remedial action.
