Staying informed about the activities in you lab	I was personnally in the lab for several days and checked regularly with my technician Sakina Amir
Adherence to plan, issues and corrective action	My team was able to adhere to the safety plan without issues. I would like to request signage on laboratory doors indicating max occupancy for each of the labs (please install stickers on both sides of the door).
Strategies, practices or lessons learned over reporting period	The new signage put in place on floors and doors is visible and helps reminding people about safety measures
