| Abstract | Every year CMU-Q conducts the Meeting of the Mind student and faculty research showcase. Students submit their proposals and posters that are evaluated and accepted. The student work is they displayed in Meeting of the Minds poster session on campus. This project showcases a submissions management system that leverages WordPress and Gravity Forms with Gravity Views to manage the submission process. Box is used as the back-end file upload space. On the front-end the students can express their initial interest, submit an initial poster/video and then the final poster/video. On the back-end the organizers can access a downloadable list of submissions and the submitted posters/videos.
