2 Activities while in the building

○ Implement enhanced cleaning and disinfecting services
○ Install signage for wearing proper PPE, complying with physical distancing and hand washing, and install floor stickers where appropriate
○ Remodel the furniture layouts in the contractor's break room, the food court, the classrooms, etc. to comply with physical distancing
○ Checking the Bio and Chemistry Labs
○ Power back-up for data center, labs and equipment
○ Provide service providers with sanitizing wipes
○ Follow up with project completion and maintenance
○ Moved old furniture to be disposed off

○ Modify the seating layout of the food court to comply with the 2 meters physical distancing.
○ Reopen the mail and shipping service with minimal staffing; implement a process for safely handling and distributing the delivered mail and shipping parcels.
○ Review and modify the seating in the labs to comply with the 2 meters physical distancing. Implement a one-way circulation in the labs.
○ Modify the seating layout of the employee lounge to comply with 2 meters physical distancing; finalize a process to minimize cross contamination for shared appliances.
○ Remove the seating majlis from the Assembly Area and place seating compliant with the 2 meters physical distancing; implement a one-way circulation.
○ Prepare and distribute safety welcome packets for all employees returning to campus.
