On campus for recording lectures and giving lectures from their offices only. In addition Prof Vincent will be teaching 03-343 (12-5 MW).
Staff:
Maya Kemaldean will be 9-5 MW (Prep and teaching 03-343), 12-3 R
Bernadette Bernales will be 9-3 UT, 9-12 R
Humaria Inayat will be 12-5 MW (For teaching 03-343)
Ahron Farabi will come as needed to: i)receive shipments, ii) schedule repairs on equipment, iii)arrange training, iv)coordinate laundry of lab coats.

Faculty:
On campus for recording lectures and giving lectures from their offices only. The ability to give lectures from their office is due to a challenging home environment or challenging scheduling. In addition Prof Vincent will be teaching 03-343.
Staff:
Kemaldean - preparation of lab materials, teaching 03-343.
Bernadette Bernales - preparation of lab materials.
Humaria Inayat - teaching 03-343.
Staff will work in the following spaces outside of class time.
2033 (prep lab, 6 persons maximum) (Maya and Bernadette)
2039 (Storage room, 1 person maximum) (Maya and Bernadette)
3025 (Biology Teaching lab, 9 person maximum) (Maya and Bernadette)
2196/2198 (Chemistry Teaching lab, 6 and 7 persons maximum) (Maya and Bernadette)
Respective offices (Maya: 3185, Maria 3189, Ahron 3187)
After Aug 23: Maya and Humaria will also be assisting Prof. Vincent in the delivery of the lab courses in 2196, 2198, and 3025. To maintain social distancing, the students will be split into three groups, with 8 students in 3025, 4 in 2198, and 4 in 2196.
Coordination of Occupancy: We will have a shared calendar for ALL users of All common space (e.g. 2033, 3025, 3027, etc) which was set on by IT entitled: Research Activity planner; found on Outlook. This will be used by staff to coordinate the use of 2033 and 3025 with researchers who may also be working in that space. The maximum number of allowed people in 2033 is greater than the current users of the space (Prof Vincent, Prof Affara, Prof Rule, Research technician) so there is no need to have any additional rotations. 2039 is a storage room with infrequent access, only one person will be allowed in the room at any given time.

Maya and Bernadette are on a rotation schedule (Maya MW,1/2 R, Bernadette UT, 1/2 R), thus room capacity will not be exceeded.

Teaching 03-151: Maya, Prof Rule, Prof Affara will teach the 03-151 lab component Thursday 2:30-4:30. To maintain social distancing the students will be split into three groups 8 in 3025, 5 in 2196, 6 in 2196. If necessary we will add an additional section to accommodate students on the waitlist.
