Priority through September to fall break is as needed for student in person appointments with CAPSQ and Health Service staff, followed by Marie for a time sensitive records project that requires being onsite to access the records . The pattern is to rotate one person from Student Affairs in on separate days a week. Would like to coordinate with Enrollment Services and Admission to be the on days when staff are not in contiguous offices. Also hope we can identify one Pandemic Safety officer and backup for these three teams. Names submitted above are placeholders.
As of Fall break would add R. Camerlengo, T. Sardellis, Angela Ng and Juan Sam to rotation. With no more than 2 members of the team in the building at same time
