5 Activities while in the building

1. Address faculty, staff, and student users’ requests involving the physical collection (e.g. scanning, checkouts, returns).
2. Continue in-person checkouts/returns and limited reference consultations (less than 10 minutes) for faculty, staff, and students.
3. Address accommodations for print textbooks as needed.
4. Monitor and regulate in-person use of facility (printer room and individual study spaces),
5. Other in-facility projects (e.g. weeding, reorganizing shelves, inventory).
6. Prepare the facility for full reopening to users in Phase Adult Butterfly (5) (e.g. implement physical space changes).
